DTF Build Your Own Gang Sheet

Artwork Requirements

• Choose from multiple gang sheet sizes to fit your project. Fill your sheet with as many designs as you’d like.

• All fonts in vector artwork must be converted to outlines. Once outlined and submitted, text cannot be edited.

• Minimum line weight: 2 pts. This ensures proper ink coverage for the adhesive powder.

• Artwork should be submitted in CMYK. We do not color‑match or adjust colors; we print exactly what you upload.

• Preferred file format: Transparent PNG at 300 dpi.

• If your artwork requires additional edits, email us to discuss artwork fees before ordering.

• All uploaded files must be owned by you. By uploading, you confirm you hold the rights to the artwork. 3 Tees is not responsible for copyright claims.

• Uploaded images are used solely for printing and are never shared outside 3 Tees.

• Gang sheet purchases are non‑refundable once submitted.

How to Order Custom DTF Gang Sheets

Do NOT mirror your design.

1. Click “Upload Your Design Using Our Builder” to open the design tool.

2. Select the number of sheets you want in the first dropdown.

3. Choose your sheet size in the second dropdown.

4. Click Set.

5. Upload your design(s) into the builder. Arrange, size, and position them exactly as you want them printed.

6. If your file has a white background, use Remove White Background on the left panel.

7. If your file has excess transparent space, select the design and click Trim Transparent Space.

8. Once everything is sized and placed correctly, click the green Confirm button.

9. When prompted, click Redirect to return to the product page.

10. Add the quantity of sheets you need and click Add to Cart.

You will not see a preview of your submitted gang sheet in your cart—your file is stored securely on our backend.

If you need to submit updated artwork after confirming your order, email us immediately.

What Is DTF?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a printing method where your design is digitally printed onto a clear film using water‑based inks and coated with a powdered adhesive. After curing, the transfer is ready to be heat‑pressed onto your garment.

DTF transfers can be single‑color or full‑color. Full‑color prints may feel slightly heavier due to increased ink, but our commercial‑grade process ensures a soft, high‑quality finish.
